Placing an Order
Just add an item to your basket and visit the checkout when you are ready to purchase. At this point you may pay by credit or debit card for which you will be transferred to Paypal’s secure checkout server. You do not need a Paypal account to do this. All prices quoted include VAT.
Confirmation of Order
We will confirm receipt of your order by email.
We strive to ensure the availability of stock as advertised on our website, but occasionally this may not be possible. In the event that we are out of stock of an item we will let you know as soon as possible, and offer a refund or suggest an alternative.
Twinways Enterprises reserves the right to amend prices and charges without notice.

Delivery & returns
Delivery cost to mainland UK (excluding Highlands and Islands) is dependent on product. Please contact us for postal charges to the Highlands and Islands. We currently only ship within the UK and Northern Ireland. Please allow 5 working days for delivery.
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase, however in the event that you are not, orders placed online may be cancelled or returned within 14 working days of placement or receipt. Twinways Enterprises will refund the costs of the goods and of the outward postage of the goods to you when you placed the order. You will be liable for paying the cost of the return postage to Twinways Enterprises.
